What must be done to ensure that no Exelia fabric softener residues remain in the chamber (modern VZug Adora V4000 machine)? Are there any Migros products for which this is not a problem?
Hello Flint4, we recommend taking the chamber apart as far as possible and cleaning everything thoroughly with washing-up liquid and warm water. If there are still residues, it may be that the fabric softener is a little older or has been stored too cool. The product then becomes viscous and can no longer be rinsed in easily. Fabric softener should therefore always be stored at room temperature and used within 2 years. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thanks for the answer. We clean the chamber about weekly due to the stickiness, recently also descaled. The fabric softener was bought this year. Storage currently at about 23 degrees. I don't see what's wrong. You don't have to mix it as a concentrate with water first?

It's definitely the fabric softener. The chamber stays clean with Violett Senses. It is also much thinner.

Hello Flint4, thank you very much for the three fabric softeners submitted. The two unopened fabric softeners were flawless and runny. Both were produced in November 2022. The already opened product was thickened. This fabric softener was produced in July 2022 and is therefore not outdated. We therefore strongly suspect that the product was too cold or too warm at some point. This causes the contents to thicken. We cannot trace when and where this happened. Fabric softener should always be stored in a dark place at room temperature. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much. Even the packs that were still almost full left residues when I tested them, which is why I sent them along. In my opinion, a defective recipe. I will no longer buy the product. If storage in the cellar at ~13 degrees in winter is too cold, storage instructions should be printed on the packaging.
