Do Exelia fabric softeners contain animal ingredients? Surfactants
Hello LaStellina, thank you for your inquiry. This fabric softener does not contain any ingredients of animal origin. The surfactants are also free of them. If you are unsure, we recommend that you look at the front of the container. If you see the symbol with a crossed-out pig on it, you can assume that the product is free from animal ingredients. We hope these lines are informative for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for the information! What about detergents? is this also declared there? if not, which ones are free of animal ingredients?
Hello LaStellina, thank you very much for your feedback. We have good news for you! It's the same with detergents. If the products do not contain any animal ingredients, they are labeled with a pictogram showing a crossed-out pig. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for the information! that's really great! 🥰 Because who wants dead animals in their detergent and fabric softener!!!

Have there been any reports of fluctuating quality with this product? I ordered a bottle of each of my last two LeShop orders. The first one smelled very strong and the laundry still had the flowery smell for a long time. But with the second bottle, the fabric softener smelled like almost nothing, and the laundry smelled funny rather than flowery. If at all. I had the same disappointing result with 4 different washes, then I gave up and threw the bottle away. With the first bottle, every single wash was great.
Hello NomNom, thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate you drawing our attention to deviations in the product. This is not a matter of course. As you ordered the fabric softener online, we would ask you to contact the relevant specialist department directly. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
