So if CHF -.80 is 20% less than CHF -.95, the calculation doesn't add up for me. That's only 15%. I call that customer deception and fraud. Please do the math. I really wouldn't have bought it if I had done the math beforehand.

Hello FeinschmeckerZH, thank you very much for your contribution. The price of 80 centimes/piece applied to purchases of 4 cups or more. Based on your message, we suspect that we have not made the facts clear enough and are looking into how we can present this more clearly next time to avoid misunderstandings. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Could the Excellence yogurts be made with less sugar? They are really good, but just too sweet. With less sugar, the creamy yogurt taste could be better perceived.

. Hello Kimbi, thank you for your question! Excellence yogurts are gourmet products and the focus here is therefore on taste. It is particularly difficult to find a good balance with the sweetness, as even a small reduction in sugar has a big impact on the taste. That's why we are reducing the sugar in small steps so that the change is not too drastic and the Excellence yogurt doesn't lose any fans. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

...and they are still too sweet.

Hello rollimaus, thank you for your message. Your observation is correct. Unfortunately, we have not yet succeeded in developing a healthier version without compromising on taste. We are still working on this issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

6 sugar cubes in a cup are definitely too much. If there is no other way, then just tilt the product, the health of your customers should be the goal.

Hello hertsch, thank you for your clear explanation. We are aware of the sugar issue and we are implementing a staggered sugar reduction in which we will progressively reduce the amount of added sugar. The Migros rule that each product has a sugar content according to the motto "as much as necessary and as little as possible" will be taken into account. We have therefore forwarded your request directly to the developers, who will address it at future development meetings. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Why do so many Migros yogurts have aluminum lids? In my opinion, they are not environmentally friendly and they often break when you open them, so that you cut your tongue. It is also possible to use plastic lids for organic yogurts. Can't you replace the aluminum lids?

When it comes to aluminum, "not environmentally friendly" is also just the first name;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ov7ebf8ACU

Hi marcellino Thank you for your feedback. We use aluminium lids instead of plastic lids due to the technical advantages. Sealing is an important and complex phase during the filling process. If the seal is too hot and the lid "melts" too much into the cup, it will tear when it is opened. Conversely, however, we must always ensure that the temperature is not too low, as otherwise the shelf life can no longer be guaranteed (mold growth before the best-before date). On the other hand, such lids have another weak point - the so-called embossing points. These give the lid its stability and must also be present for machine processing so that no vacuum develops between two lids. If there is such a point on the edge of the lid, it will also tear there. Based on your feedback, we have instructed production to pay the utmost attention to regulating the sealing temperature and to intensify quality control. Kind regards from your M-Infoline team
