These judgments come from people who perceive synthetic sweeteners as harmful to health - that's my assumption. In my opinion, however, there is absolutely nothing to worry about in these quantities, and in my opinion refined household sugar is no better than other sweeteners.

Hello IOS, thank you for your feedback. Our Léger products contain fewer calories than conventional products, at least 10% fewer. They can therefore help to reduce calories. In most Léger products, the calorie reduction is achieved through fat reduction, but there are also products with less carbohydrates/sugar, or a combination of both. In low-carb products, the sugar is (partially) replaced by sweeteners. The safety of sweeteners is repeatedly criticized, especially by laypeople. For years, untruths have been spread, particularly on the Internet, which are not scientifically tenable. Basically, even if certain products contribute more to a healthy diet than others, it is not possible to distinguish between "healthy" and "unhealthy" products. "Healthy" and "unhealthy" are descriptions that can only apply to a diet, not to individual products. No changes have been made to the recipe for Excellence Yoghurt Truffles with cream. If you notice again that the yoghurt seems too runny, please let us know the M-Data and the LOT number. Based on this information, the specialist department will know which production to check.
