Hello, I have made a bet with my girlfriend. We asked each other which yogurt you added to your range first, the Délice Raspberry dessert or the Excellence Raspberry yogurt with cream? She is of the opinion that the former was included first. However, I disagree. Thank you in advance for answering my question. Yours sincerely, Michael Bitter

Well, Mr_Excellence, it's going to be bitter for you: Délice raspberry dessert has been around for decades (at least since the late seventies). There used to be other varieties too. The Excellence range has not been in the Migros assortment for very long. Best regards - Geh-heim-Dienst
Hello Mr_Excellence, Oops, we hope we're not starting an eternal discussion, but unfortunately we can't say either. Both items were already in the range before the system changeover in 2005. Unfortunately, we can no longer check anything older than that - sorry! But at least nobody is wrong :-) Best regards, your M-Infoline team

This yogurt says thickener: pectin. The same vanilla-flavored yogurt, on the other hand, says thickener: E 407. What does that mean? And why do we need all these E's in the products anyway?
Pectin is also an E-substance (E440)
E-substances are food additives
E407 is carrageenan and a thickening and/or gelling agent.
Hello Flurina82
In Yoghurt Excellence Framboise, the pectin is used to stabilize the fruit mass during preparation to ensure a uniform consistency in the fruit container. Carrageenan (E407) is used for the same purpose in Yoghurt Excellence Vanilla as a stabilizer for the vanilla flavouring.
Best regards

a few days ago I discovered yogurt excellence and have just bought 30 of these yogurts in one go. I am 83 years old and always shop at Migros Reiden - every two weeks. Congratulations to Migros for these sensational yogurts. It gives me great pleasure.
All the best,
Joseph Raimann
