Thank you very much, what a shame. The cake is really brilliant, but the size of the cake could be an obstacle to sales. Vegan strawberry slices with the same recipe as the cake would also sell much better. Often not the whole household is vegan.

Our manufacturer, the Fresh Food & Beverage Group, always uses vegetable fats and oils or butter for the production of bread and baked goods.
