Very fine, but is it really necessary to sprinkle so much sugar on top? Certainly 25 g per cake. Even on the Advent stars. You could save a lot there....
Hey Aargauerin, thank you very much for your feedback. On the Dreikönigskuchen, we use 2.5 grams of loaf sugar per 100 grams of pastry.
