Hello Andy26, thank you very much for your message. We regret that you no longer like the Engadine house sausage. We were happy to discuss your concerns with the relevant specialist department. We have been sourcing Engadiner Hauswurst from the same supplier for decades. They have not made any changes to the recipe. For this reason, and because we have not received any other reports to date, we are unfortunately unable to understand why you find the taste of the house sausage different.
