The product is very good, but the processing is really poor on the part of Migros. Instead of providing me with a collection certificate by email / app (wherever...) after payment, Migros kept me waiting. I went to my store to pick up the battery a few days after it arrived. I showed the order confirmation and everything, but pickup "only possible with delivered QR code". Email contact with Migros. They promised to send me a collection certificate by post straight away. But nothing. Nothing. Then I asked them to SIMPLY send me the collection receipt by email. Migros, is it that difficult? Next time I'll have to think twice about ordering something online, paying for it straight away - only to have to wait more than a week for the collection certificate. No, dear Migros.
