Enders CHICAGO next 3 R Turbo Gasgrill

We were looking for a compact barbecue with a "turbo" function at a reasonable price and thought we had found something. Unfortunately, the grilling surface above the "turbo" burner is no hotter than the 2 normal burners. The infrared thermometer measured 440-450 degrees above the middle burner after 30 minutes. With the "Turbo" just 400-420 degrees. So this is probably marketing speak?
The pressure regulator supplied does not work and I had to use one from my stock.
The cast-iron grill grate is cast upside down. Who does that?

for the assembly, which took us 2 hours, everything was perfect, all the screws etc. were there, and the burners keep their promise. (Turbo)

can do what it has to! are completely satisfied with this grill. Sufficiently large and the turbo zone is perfect for English-grilled meat. Assembly was also quick and fairly straightforward. I find it annoying that the gas connection is on the outside and not on the inside of the grill. It doesn't look nice and gets in the way when you fold up the side shelf. One minor drawback was that the fat/oil drip tray is broken. But I hope that customer service will sort it out soon.

The grill is great for my needs, easy to assemble, unfortunately the grill hood had a small damage (dent) when I unpacked it! But otherwise everything is tip top.

Great so far

Assembly was well explained and completed in a short time. We've had other barbecues before. The trolley is very stable and is easy to move around on our balcony. Connecting the gas hose to the connector went smoothly after the additional explanation from the doit staff. The grilling performance is great, chicken, steak, kebabs... everything works without any problems. Even grilling for 9 people at the same time was no problem. Pizza is good within minutes thanks to the high heat. We picked up the grill from the store. The packaging and grill survived transportation undamaged.

Heat distribution on the grilling surface not optimal. The individual zones can only be ignited after pressing several times. As it was a good action, I can live with these weaknesses.

Suboptimal, but still satisfied. The first one had a dent in the lid (already mentioned in other reviews). Thanks to the great customer service at DIY Wankdorf, it could be replaced on the same day. During assembly, there are some screw holes in the wall/base plate connection that cannot be reached with normal tools. The gas hose is connected on the outside (!), which is a) not nice, b) it gets in the way when the side shelf is folded down and c) it seems less secure than on the inside. The gas hose also only just fits onto the connection spout. The grilling experience is good, high heat quickly and finely adjustable.

Assembly was very difficult at the beginning, holes did not fit

The holes do not fit the cover of the feet. Cast iron grill plates cast upside down, therefore not the usual fine grill pattern but 5mm wide grill pattern. Booked with transportation and old grill disposal, but only one person there. Had to help carry up and down. Weak and expensive service!
