Why is emmi cafe latte not stored in a cool place even though emmi prescribes that this product should not be stored above 8 degrees? UHT Not true, it is highly pasteurized. See Emmi

Emmi Mr Huge is UHT and can therefore be kept unrefrigerated (see information at Emmi). The smaller version in a tub must be refrigerated (max. 8°). In my Migros, Mr Huge can also be found in the non-refrigerated section of the UHT products.
