The storage conditions for dried tomatoes after the bag has been opened are the same as when the package is closed; the difference is that the product must be consumed earlier, as it begins to oxidize. Consequently, if stored at a temperature of between 10 and 25°C, in a dry place (humidity < 65%) and, if possible, protected from light, the product can be kept for up to 30 days.
