Is the skin still on these peppers? I can't tolerate the peel and am looking for peppers pickled without the peel.
Hello KrautstielBonobo, thank you for your question. In Italy, pepperoni grigliati are traditionally always grilled with the skin on. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to achieve the grilled effect.
