Hello dear Migipedia team Have you changed anything about the packaging of the Elsa yogurts? Recently the lid has been tearing when I pull it off.

Thank you for your clarification.

Hello Nadtipp, thank you for your feedback. It is annoying when the aluminum lids tear when the yoghurt is opened. This problem is caused by too high a sealing temperature and/or uneven sealing pressure when closing the lid.

We have already taken various measures to improve the tear resistance of the yogurt lids. As a result, the number of complaints has already decreased significantly and we are continuing our efforts to improve the stability of the yoghurt lids. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

On the back of the products it says IP-Suisse quality with quantity compensation, but the front shows the IP-Suisse logo without the star. Is the yoghurt now IP-Suisse quality without quantity compensation or not?

Hello IP questioner, thank you for your inquiry. The milk used in our yogurts is 100% IPS. Only the sugar, cream and milk proteins from the white mass come from the IPS quality with quantity compensation. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
