Hello, I have a few questions: 1. when will Migros respond to the 11 bad reviews? 2. why does the conditioner suddenly have such a sharp and unpleasant taste compared to before? Well, I've got used to it, but I think it's stupid too! 3. yesterday I bought a double pack of conditioner in the promotion, and found that it no longer has a dosing aid in the bottle, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ON THE LABEL that it has one! Sorry, the product has been made worse, and I (we) would like to know why? Thanks and greetings mylmusic
You can also leave reviews at www.elmex.ch, I see that many people have already complained there, which will be more useful than on this site, as Migros is not the manufacturer.
@stammli70: ↵1. Ok, I read the reviews there, but the answers from ColgatePalmolive are not very promising... 🙄↵2 I bought a product from Migros that does not correspond to what the label says (see point 3 with the dosing aid). And that is (also) a matter for Migros.
It certainly concerns Migros too. But the response from Migros will not be any more promising. But they can't change anything, or should Migros start a recall because of incorrectly declared labels? And Migros can only pass on complaints and questions.
I suspect that the dosing aid will be temporarily dispensed with, as with other products, as not all containers are produced due to Corona.

But it's still not quite OK to leave this uncommented, I think. As for the taste: now that the reviews here have been reduced to a single, bare star, Migros will probably soon remove the product from its range anyway....

No, I don't think Migros will remove this great product from its range, I don't know the new flavor yet, but I've been buying it for decades, including "Meridol" from the same company, and I still have a large stock.

On the Elmex website there is only a standard phrase in response. When I asked for a specific answer, this comment was deleted with the comment 'does not comply with the rules'.

Dear Infoline team, thank you for the detailed reply. I can understand the dosing aid, although I never thought of using the lid 😳. I don't think anyone here doubts that the product is otherwise flawless and fulfills its purpose with high quality. But I haven't found a single review that thinks the new flavor is good. In my opinion, this should give those responsible for the product pause for thought. They would have been better off launching a second (test) line for those who really like it hot... I have now contacted the manufacturer directly about the excessively pungent taste. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that many more loyal Elmex customers will do the same so that a rethink takes place. Maybe we'll be lucky... I would hate to turn my back on the rinse after 26 years :(
