It's supposed to be concentrated for 60° minimum detergents, otherwise you'll find the detergent's plastic. You need two for a normal detergent. The capsules are very small and that's the only practical thing. At the reduced price, it's interesting, otherwise it's too expensive, because there's less than when it was a round powder and there was more to wash well.
