Why can I no longer buy Eimalzine in most stores? If so, I would like to protest against this! I would like to be able to continue buying Eimalzine.

What have you done with Eimalzine? ↵I've been drinking it for 40 years, but for some time now it's been 1. strange in taste, 2. mealy in consistency instead of grainy as before and 3. hardly soluble in cold milk. 😭↵With the first three packs, I thought something must have gone wrong for a whole series. But now, after a few weeks break, it's still the same. What happened?

Ovaltine brings sales growth because it is more expensive, and the same is done with other items produced in-house. Hello, I've just discovered this product and I've become a big fan! I don't understand why you don't promote this product?
After I had to throw away a double pack of Eimalzine due to a strong change in taste, I bought a new pack based on the answer to my question from August of this year. Unfortunately, this Eimalzine powder does not have the same taste as before. I have been drinking Eimalzine for at least 30 years. I therefore regret to say that this was the last pack I bought... I'll try Ovo now.

I'm a big fan of Eimalzin. I like the taste better than the "original" and the sweetness is also more balanced.
However, I have noticed that the taste has changed somewhat in the last six months or so. The product has acquired a slightly smoky aftertaste (of course it doesn't taste like smoke - but it's the most appropriate term I can think of). Is it just me who noticed this? Have the ingredients / recipe been changed?

The recipe has not been changed for several years. We are therefore unable to explain the deviations you describe. However, we would be very happy to look into it. Something may have gone wrong during production.
