Very good chanterelles.
Half gray/rotten
Excellent for sautéing or even baking. Smaller sizes are better and remain firm when cooked.
Lots of lazy and not so nice ones
Egg sponges are one of my favorite mushrooms! The quality and freshness of Migros sponges are good. Unfortunately, they are so expensive (as in most other stores) that I only buy them a few times a year. I'll probably have to look around in the forest... ;-)
