Grüezi Migros, why is this product only available in Brügg in the Biel area? Are sales so low that it has/had to make room for other brands in the smaller stores? I would be delighted to see wider coverage - cheers!

Hello Eichhof fan Thank you for contacting us. We do not offer all products in all stores. This is not possible due to space constraints. Depending on location and demand, a smaller store may or may not carry the product. First of all, this is the basic availability of our products. Some stores cannot order just one item from one category. In some cases, several products from one line have to be ordered. Some stores do not have enough space for several items, as we cannot expand our sales areas at will. We hope this has helped you and wish you a good time. your M-Infoline Team

Hello
As an alcoholic, I am absolutely not allowed to drink alcohol. I have heard that a beer can be called 'non-alcoholic' as long as the alcohol content does not exceed 0.5% by volume. How much alcohol does Eichhof non-alcoholic beer contain? Thank you

Hello consumer
Eichhof Alkoholfrei lies between the usual values of 0.35% to 0.45% vol. alcohol.

The differences in the alcohol content of non-alcoholic beers are very small. Usual values are
between 0.35 and 0.45%vol alcohol. This residual alcohol content is mainly necessary for taste reasons.
aspects. The quality would suffer greatly if lower alcohol contents were aimed for in the respective processes.
lower alcohol contents.

A declaration of the alcohol content of a non-alcoholic beer is not prescribed by law and is also
prescribed by law and is also not necessary from a brewer's point of view. Other non-alcoholic beverages
(juices, soft drinks, etc.) may also contain small amounts of alcohol. Here the
legislator also stipulates compliance with a limit of 0.5% alcohol by volume.
We hope you find this information helpful and wish you a pleasant afternoon.

I think it's pretty blatant that drinks with an alcohol content of up to 0.5% can be sold as "alcohol-free".
If only Gottlieb Duttweiler knew that...
Dear Migros, there are alternatives available.
I was recently on vacation in Germany and discovered Bitburger 0.0%.
It really does contain what it says on the tin (no alcohol).
It is also an isotonic drink and contains vitamins.
I would welcome it if you would include it in your range.

Dear guest
Thank you for your interesting feedback.
We have informed our relevant specialist department about your suggestion. They would like to thank you for your input. However, there are currently no plans to bring a beer with 0.0% alcohol onto the market.
Nevertheless, we are always happy to receive ideas and constructive criticism from our valued customers. They allow us to constantly review and optimize our products.
Our specialists will be happy to take your suggestion on board and will consider it when the next product is revised.
Now we wish you a pleasant rest of the day.

I think beer without alcohol is a really stupid idea, I don't know anyone who would buy it. I would discontinue this and finally sell the decent beer from 16 (this doesn't seem to be the case everywhere). I would also create an M-budget beer with a higher alcohol content, which would certainly go down well.

Helloheadbang
Thank you for your entry!

We regret that you don't like our Eichhof beer without alcohol.

We would like to comment on the fundamental issue of alcohol sales in Migros stores.

Migros still does not sell alcohol or tobacco. In line with Gottlieb Duttweiler's principles, we will continue to adhere to this policy.

Taking into account a healthy family and social policy and the promotion of public health, Migros does not sell alcohol and tobacco in its stores.

This principle is laid down in the statutes of the regional Migros Cooperatives.

A change to this basic policy would require a ballot of Cooperative members, which would have to be held in each of the 10 Migros Cooperatives. Depending on the outcome of the vote, it would be possible for alcoholic beverages to be sold in the cooperatives.
We hope you find this information helpful and wish you a pleasant afternoon.
