I ordered the Edgardo clamp lamp for CHF 37.85 in December. The lamp itself is beautifully made and has given my godson great pleasure - there is nothing to complain about here. Unfortunately, however, the whole payment process left a very bitter aftertaste. I placed the order on account and unfortunately missed the payment. Already with the first reminder, which I could not find in my e-mail inbox (it may have ended up in the spam folder which deletes itself automatically), I was charged CHF 20.00 in reminder fees. The second reminder, which came by post, was charged another CHF 30.00 reminder fee. The lamp is now costing me CHF 87.85, which I find completely disproportionate. I tried to clarify the situation with the biller (Cembra), as I probably never received the first reminder. However, this was not dealt with and I had to pay the bill with all the additional costs. Because of this bad experience, I will no longer order anything from this online store. The lamp is good, but I find the way they deal with customers and the extremely high reminder fees in such a short period of time (7.12.24 - 20.1.2025) an absolute no-go.

Beautiful, simple reading lamp
We need it at the changing table so that we don't have to switch on the ceiling light. That way the big one can continue to sleep and we can change the little one, which is great.
The clamp spot is tiptop, fulfills its purpose well. I have mounted it on a vertical metal leg next to the bed. Normally it is used as a spotlight on a picture, but I bend it slightly to use as a reading lamp when needed.
The lamp is far too bright. It dazzles terribly.
Slightly larger than expected, but serves its purpose. The clamp is only designed for table tops (horizontal). When mounted vertically on a bed headrest, the middle section is too weak or the lamp head too heavy, so that the lamp sinks downwards.
Fully meets my expectations of a practical and well-lit reading lamp.

Perfect for furniture with edges that aren't too thick, otherwise it's hard to hook. Nice quality and perfect for subdued lighting at night.
