The second reminder, which came by post, was charged another CHF 30.00 reminder fee. The lamp is now costing me CHF 87.85, which I find completely disproportionate. I tried to clarify the situation with the biller (Cembra), as I probably never received the first reminder. However, this was not dealt with and I had to pay the bill with all the additional costs. Because of this bad experience, I will no longer order anything from this online store. The lamp is good, but I find the way they deal with customers and the extremely high reminder fees in such a short period of time (7.12.24 - 20.1.2025) an absolute no-go.
