We buy this cheese more often. This time it was comparatively hard, yellowish and didn't taste good at all. Somehow salty, dry and without melting.
Too bad.

Wasn't that good. I must have got an older one. Still had a shelf life but was yellow and not very tasty.

Suitable for special dishes, gratinated etc., like no other.
Still a good choice in terms of taste.
