The metal connecting piece for screwing in the brooms is clearly the weak point of this product line and gives way far too quickly, even if the broom has not been subjected to excessive use. As the metal is not sufficiently firmly attached to the broom handle, it has to be replaced almost as often as the broom ends. A pity, because the wood would probably last another 100 years. It is a detail, but nevertheless, a sustainable ecological product should not have to be thrown away prematurely because of such a detail.
