I bought the kettle and followed the instructions to heat it 5 times before using the water. However, there is a lingering smell, especially when the water is hot. It's been heated 10 times now, but the smell is still there: impossible to drink tea with a smell like that. What can I do about it?

Vinegar solution:
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of water and vinegar (ratio 1:1).
- Heat the solution and leave it in the kettle for 30 minutes.

Citric acid:
- If you can't find vinegar, you can use a small amount of citric acid instead.
- Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of powdered citric acid in water, heat the solution and let it stand for 30 minutes.
