Why can't I receive the SRF radio stations?
Hello wysli Thank you for your message and your interest in our Durabase Clock Radio 100 DAB+ clock radio. 📻 This clock radio should normally be able to receive SRF radio stations, provided there is sufficient DAB+ reception in your location. If you continue to have problems, could you please check whether the device is still under warranty? If so, please take it to one of our melectronics stores. We can check it there and either exchange it for a new one or give you your money back.
