I like the subtly spicy, aromatic taste of DUKKAH to give dishes an oriental flavor. Mixed with extra virgin olive oil and finely chopped pistachios, we also like to dip fresh bread in it, for example with a fresh leaf salad or soup.
Black cumin (which is contained in this spice) belongs to the buttercup family. It is not related to either caraway or cumin. Black cumin can be very problematic for the health of certain people.
