Dear Migros, this is the "Seeländer Brot IP Suisse", which is available in Migros Aare - one of my favorite breads. Apparently it is available in several regions and obviously at different prices (AdR Aare 3.40/500g). Why is it listed as a separate product with a different name? Which region is it from now? Once again, I have to say that I would very much appreciate it if CoR products indicated the regions in which they are available.
Hello Ian76, We were happy to look into your request with the specialist bakery and our in-house bakery Jowa. Jowa told us the following: We are delighted that our Seeland bread from the Migros Aare region is one of your favorite breads. This bread is kneaded, shaped and baked freshly on site several times a day by trained bakers in our in-house bakeries in the Aare region. Breads made in our in-house bakeries are grouped together under the "Fresh&Handmade" brand. At the same time, we also want to offer our consumers who shop in a store without an in-house bakery fresh, warm, crusty bread. We make this possible by baking the bread in the stores. Our customers really appreciate this and demand it accordingly. This applies to our Drei-Seenbrot from the Migros Neuchâtel-Fribourg region. The price difference between these two breads is due to the different recipes and production processes. The region in which the bread was produced can be seen on the back of the bag of CoR bread.
