Really good live trap. Sometimes it's a bit tricky to hook in the bail with the bait without the trap snapping shut by itself. Otherwise, I have only had good experiences with it. It is very convenient to carry the trap by the spring flap into the forest without the risk of touching the mouse :-).

We were amazed when the trapped mouse actually squeezed through the bars at the front when I lifted the cage and fled. The bars are very easy to bend. Now I'll probably have to add a cross brace. I was surprised that the bait was always gone, the cage was closed and there was no mouse in it, but its droppings (gnawed eggs). The bait is also tricky to attach, even for experienced craftsmen.
