I don't know if it's a problem with the batch (10)250519, or maybe it was not stored properly in the store (camphor sublimates easily), or maybe with me, but it doesn't work. The only cooling effect comes from the balm vaporizing after application, which lasts 5 minutes maximum, and there is no warming effect at all. I used similar products in the past and they worked well.
