Is an organic version planned?

Hello, I would like to know why sugar and thickener are found in a cream called "de la Gruyère"?
Hello lilly72, we do not add sugar to this product. The sugar declared is that naturally found in milk, i.e. lactose. Carrageenan (E407) acts as a thickener and stabilizer. It is therefore included in Gruyère cream to prevent destabilization (phase separation) during storage. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
