Delicious, if a little charred

Great dip, spread & base for sauces
I really like peppers and eggplants and came across this product. I may have had the wrong expectations. But I felt that it had a strange taste of its own. Two stars because it is gluten-free and not because of the taste.
I like the ajvar. Hope the quality is right.
