«Customers appreciate the product for its excellent taste, perfect level of spiciness, and distinct roasted pepper flavor. Some find it a bit pricey compared to other brands but believe it's worth the cost. The absence of eggplant in the recipe was also positively noted by a few.»

If you love ajvar, you LOVE this ajvar. The peppers are roasted and you can taste it really well. It's not cheap compared to other varieties, but it's worth it.

I like different types of ajvar: the spicy Turkish one, the sour Croatian one and this North Macedonian one here, with its fatty, nutty aroma and roasted notes. Incidentally, it is not identical to the very similar-looking product of the same name in the Coop. This one in Migros has no eggplants at all. And although I actually like eggplants, I think the Bakin Ajvar is better without them!
