Dear Migros,
Me again -> I have now found the correct product!
I am actually always very satisfied with your products and enjoy shopping with you. One of the reasons for this is that I feel that I am taken seriously and have not previously thought that Migros was trying to rip me off as a customer. Yesterday, however, the Migros Cordon Bleu was advertised in the promotion (no reference was made to any changes to the product in question). As I love Migros ready-made cordon bleu, we bought it straight away. At home we were amazed when we saw the size of the individual "cookies". The price was the same (apart from the promotion) but the size had shrunk by almost half... I am disappointed and now feel a bit cheated by Migros. Offering something in the promotion without pointing out the changes is outrageous!!!
Is this a product error or has the size actually been changed here (without any indication!!!) and also advertised as a special offer?

We regret that you were not satisfied with the quality of our Délice Poulet. In order for us to investigate this matter, we need the batch number of the product. Have you kept the packaging so that you could still provide us with this information?
We can use these numbers to check when exactly the affected product was manufactured and whether any errors occurred during production at that time.
You will normally find the batch number next to the best-before date, usually starting with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers.
Please refer to the reference number IN_1320645 in your reply.
