Hello, until recently they were my favorite chicken nuggets. However, I wonder if the change in packaging has also changed something in the preparation? In my opinion, the consistency has changed and they don't taste as good to me as they used to.... Best regards

Hi Sebastian, thanks for your comment. It's a shame that you no longer like the chicken nuggets. In addition to the new design, we have had to change our supplier. So far we have not had any further feedback. But we will keep an eye on this. Have you ever tried our Don Pollo nuggets made from whole Swiss chicken breast? https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/don-pollo-nuggets-pouletbrust Unlike all other chicken nuggets, these are not made from restructured meat, which significantly improves the consistency of the nuggets. Maybe these will become your new favorite nuggets. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Wouldn't it be possible to use meat from Switzerland? I think our chickens have a better life than those in Brazil and Argentina. I think this is a pity. I would also pay a higher price for it.

Hello legel Thank you for your contribution and your interest in animal welfare. Poultry consumption in Switzerland is greater than the domestic supply of poultry can cover. In order to meet the entire demand for poultry products, we therefore have to find alternative sources abroad. Swiss poultry raw material is mainly used for natural products, while imported raw material is used for breaded products. Our experience with chicken from Brazil has been good so far. The quality of the chicken meat is very good and meets our high standards. The local breeders are subject to regular strict controls. Migros also attaches great importance to ecology, which is precisely why the raw meat is not flown to Switzerland, but transported to Switzerland by ship, rail or lorry. We hope our answer has clarified things for you and are already looking forward to your next visit - hopefully we'll see you again soon in your Migros! Best regards from the M-Infoline team

Dear Janne
Thank you for your comment on Migipedia. We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy your chicken nuggets.
Our specialist department has checked your request with our supplier. We can now inform you of the following: The white juice you describe is naturally caused by the meat, it is protein and cell water. The product can be consumed without hesitation once it has been prepared according to the instructions.
We can't really see what it is in the photo. It may be a blood vein. Of course, it is also our aim to obtain chicken meat that is completely free of blood veins. However, it should be noted that this is a natural product. Occasionally, due to the small size, a single blood vein may be overlooked. It is almost impossible for production staff to visually detect and sort out such a small vein, as the chicken meat is processed in large blocks. Nevertheless, our supplier has informed his production department about this incident and sensitized them to carry out more checks.
We hope for your understanding and look forward to seeing you again in your Migros.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
