What explains the big price difference between e.g. the Monin oils and the Don Pablo?
And is the Don Pablo tested for toxic substances such as mineral oil? I couldn't find any current olive oil tests for Switzerland anywhere.
Hello signorinetta, thank you for your inquiry. The products of Monini and Don Pablo differ in brand and origin (Monini = IT / Don Pablo = SPA). A direct price comparison is therefore not possible. We can alleviate any concerns you may have about harmful substances. Our suppliers must adhere to strict legal regulations. We also check the goods at random. We hope these lines are informative for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is this olive oil no longer available in a glass bottle? It is well known that fats and oils absorb plasticizers from plastic bottles extremely well. I am therefore surprised that you have changed the packaging for this fine oil. I would like to buy it again - but only in the glass bottle.
Hoi blueberryblue Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased about your interest. The switch to PET bottles was primarily for ecological reasons. PET bottles are much easier to transport than glass, which means we are more environmentally friendly in terms of transportation and CO2 consumption. In addition, after an exchange with the Rheuma League Switzerland, we were able to find out that handling PET bottles is much easier for people suffering from rheumatism (unfortunately there are more and more sufferers in Switzerland) than glass bottles. We offer the entire M-Classic vinegar line in PET bottles and some time ago we also switched our organic vinegars to PET packaging. Filling oil and vinegars in PET bottles does not pose a health risk. The legal values must of course be complied with. This is regularly checked and monitored. We hope this information has been helpful and wish you a pleasant day. Your M-Infoline team

Hello dear Migros-ians!
Why isn't olive oil available in a practical 2-liter bottle? I need more of it anyway, after all it's good for my health :-)
I would be more than thrilled!
Best regards

One-liter bottles are probably easier to transport. Or nobody needs so much oil at once =) Fat isn't really healthy either xD
Thank you for your suggestion about olive oil.
We have informed the specialist department of your request and will be happy to incorporate it into the next product range revision.
As our sales areas are not unlimited in size, we are unfortunately not always able to fulfill all of our customers' wishes.
