The corner section of our NEW MIAMI LOUNGE is defective. One leg is crooked and there is a crack in the metal. As the corner piece is needed to join the two large sofa sections, our lounge is currently lost and cannot be fully assembled. We have tried by phone and via the contact form. On the phone, I was asked to do this online. I have not yet received an answer online. The backrest of the single armchair is also not aligned with the large sofa section. This is a shame considering the rather high price of the product. We are therefore not really happy with the purchase at the moment.
I am very satisfied with the product. Very well packaged, disadvantage: lots of packaging material, advantage: the product is in perfect condition. It looks very nice and is very comfortable. Everything is great!
