Actually zero stars...Unfortunately a failure all along the line. 1. table was not delivered as promised within a week (March), 2. it took 5 weeks. 3. the table top rattled without end and that with a table for 2k! 4. I'm still waiting for my money today...But first things first....After the complaint, there was no adequate solution proposal, but the supplier (not Migros) said I could assemble it properly myself or they would just pick it up again. Exactly my idea. Lifting a ceramic plate weighing x kilos myself and possibly causing damage for which nobody wants to be liable. He simply didn't care! I had to arrange everything through Migros. They weren't interested in the problem at all and took no notice of it. Once again, the supplier failed to take it back and it took weeks before he contacted me. The table was then collected in mid-May and I am still waiting for my money today (mid-June). I contact Migros Service once a week (!) and get the same answer every time. The money should be paid out this week. Nothing has happened to date. I was last contacted on April 12... and again I'm told to wait.... In the last conversation (of course I had to call again) I was told that they were still waiting for the money from the supplier and that I should receive the payment afterwards. But hello? I entered into a contract with Migros, not with the supplier! Migros owes me money, I'm not interested in its status with the supplier! Maybe it's bad luck, but the fact is that Migros owes me money and doesn't get in touch. No update, nothing at all! Even though Mrs. Meier, the boss, supposedly takes care of it personally! Sorry, but customer service is different. It's just meeeega disappointing what's happening here, but the worst thing is this powerlessness to do anything. Well, one Migros child less and a "cash-strapped" story that is not worthy of Migros and for which one should be ashamed.

Big disappointment. We ordered the table online and according to the store it was available immediately. After requesting payment in advance, we received the information with the order confirmation that the table would be available in 4-5 weeks! The money had already been transferred. After 5 weeks of waiting, the table was delivered. However, the table top was not properly assembled. Similar situation as in the review by "schume1950". We had to call Do it Garden several times until the supplier finally got back to us. After we had described the situation to him, he said that it was "probably" an assembly error. He would send us a few more washers so that WE could rectify the fault. When we pointed out that this was certainly not our job and that we wanted the fault to be rectified professionally or returned, the supplier decided to take it back...? Migros customer service wasn't much help either. They did not intervene on our behalf with the supplier and only told us to give them our bank details for the refund. Migros' customer service was also better. What a pity.

Very nice, sturdy table, but unfortunately the table top does not fit precisely on the frame of our table. The two fitters saw this immediately, photographed it, documented it and reported it. I made a complaint to Migros on the same day. After a week, I called them and received an email to say that they had passed the matter on to the supplier. That was also a few days ago. To date, we still have a table on the seat, but nothing more. I paid for the table in cash 3 1/2 weeks ago. I expect more from a Do it Garden.
