Last week I bought 2 units in Zugerland, on Saturday when I was setting them up I noticed that all the screws were missing from one pack. The customer service I called told me that a replacement would not be available for 9 days or more. I will now get other screws... The workmanship of the wooden slats is partly poor, sloping slats and several visible anchors from the nail gun. For the cellar it's halfway okay but the price doesn't really match the quality. The supplier has great potential for improvement!
