Hands off this product. After 3 years, the plastic grille has completely crumbled. This on a sheltered balcony with little direct UV radiation. I am totally frustrated. What is the solution? Demolish it and dispose of it as hazardous waste?

I have laid the eucalyptus tiles and after the rain the floor has turned brown!!! Will this go away, is it a material defect?

Hello, I recently bought the Eucalyptus wooden tiles from you and have already laid them on our balcony. After a single rainfall, our patio floor underneath has turned brown. Is this a production fault or can we do something about it? Kind regards, Birgit Sinn
