A visually beautiful chair, but the quality is inadequate. After about a month, the entire seat broke when I stood up, at a weight of 85 kg. Unfortunately, I have still not received a response from customer service, or rather I have only been referred from one place to another and now I am no longer being helped. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product range and I won't be buying from do it again.
Nice chair, but the quality of the seat is lousy! My husband stood up (!) and one of the wooden slats broke. The next chair also broke on the seat last week. This time when sitting down. We both weigh under 80 kg, so surely a chair should be able to withstand that? Unfortunately, customer service is extremely slow at the moment, so I've almost given up complaining any more. I can't remember how many emails I've already written... Don't buy!!!
