Can the sunshade roof also be tilted sideways? It is not written anywhere.
We bought this parasol a few weeks ago and the first time we ate outside, the parasol tipped over despite being fixed and there was only a light wind and one axle broke. The insurance didn't pay anything because the wind was only light that day and Migros didn't react. Now we've paid CHF 699 and haven't even used it!!!! We don't think that's good at all and not at all customer-friendly!!!

Hello Our parasol has been knocked over by the wind. Two fastenings on the outside of the arms have now broken off. The parasol is attached to the arms with screws. Are there any spare parts available?
