I am very satisfied. I use the dehumidifier in a small corner room of an old, insufficiently insulated house to reduce the humidity in the room air and the outside walls. After just one week of use (running for approx. 3 hours a day), I have noticed a noticeable improvement in the room climate. The appliance works perfectly. Dryer performance should be slightly higher but is sufficient. Unfortunately, larger dryers make more noise and cost more. This dryer is a reasonable compromise.
Questionable product quality disappointing 3 episodes of major water leaks. 1st episode - unit replaced 2nd episode - unit overhauled Continued 3rd episode...

Unfortunately, I can't rate the product myself, as I've never had a working copy with me... but unfortunately I can't give the process in this case a good report card: - the product was delivered without any problems --> unfortunately it never worked - I went to the local DoIt+Garden and wanted to exchange the device - the sales staff checked the device and confirmed that it didn't work. At the same time, they told me that they would have to send the device in. A refund or exchange was not possible. When I asked how long it would take, the answer was: it will take 2-3 weeks, but if it can't be repaired, you'll hear about it quickly.... (perfect, if it's moldy in the basement now... ) - after about 2 weeks a letter comes that the device cannot be repaired and I can pick up the money in the store (perfect, so I have to go to the store for the second time...) - the promotion with which I had bought the device with 50% discount is of course over in the meantime... :-( so I look around for a device during other promotions and decide to buy a new one. But the letter arrived so late that they are all sold out, not just in the store but in the whole of central Switzerland - sorry, says the salesman: You'll have to go to Zurich yourself, we can't order a device here from Zurich... and paid me the money (the first satisfactory part of the whole process) - so I had to reserve a device and drive another 1 hour there and back to pick up a suitable device... :-( :-( No, unfortunately I can't call that customer-friendly... What a pity. Please think about something... I can't understand why you don't simply replace an obviously non-functional appliance. Tia, and during the whole time it continued to grow mold... :-(

After a few months, the appliance no longer switches off and water runs over the floor. A "repair" was unsuccessful, "no fault found".
