Still far too expensive. I find it hypocritical to justify this massive price increase with the rise in raw material prices. What's more, the quality has dropped considerably: yesterday I bought this dessert again and it had disgusting, rubbery crumbs in it. I don't even want to know what that was.

Hello LivEst, thank you for your message. Unfortunately, the costs for raw materials, packaging materials and energy are still high, which explains the increase in price. However, there has been no adjustment to the quality of the dessert balls. To enable us to follow up on your tip, please let us know the date and place of purchase. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros 25% surcharge! How can Migros justify this?

Hello Campingdany, thank you for your inquiry. Prices for raw materials, packaging materials and energy are currently rising in many parts of the world, including Switzerland. The main reasons for this are a global shortage of certain raw materials and problems in the supply chains. Both factors are related to the effects and after-effects of the coronavirus pandemic and the war in Ukraine. As a result, we can no longer bear the costs ourselves and are passing them on to our customers in the form of a price increase.

Of course, we are constantly monitoring the market situation. If circumstances permit, we will make the necessary adjustments. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What were the dessert balls called in the 70s? I think we called them something else.
