Stems are tough: it is better to cut them off and pre-wash the spinach.
I support sustainable agriculture and am very willing to pay more for it, but only if it benefits the farmers.
Perfect size for a single household, quite high price but okay

good, but it's a shame we ran out of "fresca" weeks ago, because Demeter is expensive!
