Migros customer service?-no customer annoyance! Migros, no thanks.
I ordered a Delizio coffee machine online in May 2024 instead of Fr. 99.- for 19.95. I only received the machine about 2 months later.
As I wanted to use it as a spare machine, I only unpacked it in Feb. 2025 and discovered that the brand-new machine was defective.
After contacting Migros customer service, I had to take the device to the store.
They told me that there was no replacement device available and that it would have to be repaired.
I told customer service online that I was entitled to the same device, but they refused.
Now, after waiting about 3 weeks, I received an email with a credit note for CHF 19.95, as no new devices were available.
I complained again to Ema Machado that I wanted a new device and that I was entitled to one. I sent Ms. Machado 4 screenshots of the same devices, which are all available, at least 6 devices in nearby stores.
Migros customer service did not reply.
I had roughly the same case with another device and received a new device without any problems.

Based on my experience, you need to pay close attention to these offers; they could be repaired tools that have been put back on sale, which would be grounds for refusal of a replacement!
Why? You can only test, rate and make Migros even better if you're logged in.
