I brought my brand new Delizio coffee machine, which is new and defective, to the Soreitenbach branch.
They told me that the machine was going to be repaired. It will take almost 1 month.
So you sell me a coffee machine with which I couldn't make a single coffee. I have to drive to the branch with my FC, wait almost 1 month for the machine to be repaired, then I have to pick it up again.
That does NOT WORK! A NEW MACHINE HAS TO BE SENT TO ME.
If you use the customer as a test person instead of testing the machine at the factory and the customer has to go through all the trouble, that's really sad customer service!

It is possible that other capsules, such as those from Nespresso, may also fit in the machine. However, we strongly recommend that you only use compatible capsule types.
