Very good device but to get the free capsules it's a struggle for me as I don't have a good command of computers. Your method needs to be reviewed.

The large water tank is a positive feature. Unfortunately, the descaling program is hell!

We think the machine is great. Too many capsules have a stinky bean in them, hence 1 star deduction.

Best Delizio machine there is! quiet, quickly ready, foldable cup holder is very practical! Machine looks very classy!
