Unfortunately, it's nothing like the original recipe, which was creamier and lighter, with whole raspberries. This one's more like a simple yogurt with over-sweetened fruit purée... how could they change the recipe to make something so bad. Question to the Delice Original fan community: have you found a close alternative to the old recipe?

Indeed, we have slightly modified the recipe of this article for the following reason: we could no longer manufacture the product on the existing production line, as the installation on the new site does not have the same structure. As a result, we now use pasteurized raspberries, whereas previously we used fresh frozen berries. Pasteurized fruit has the advantage of improving the product's shelf life. As for the rest of the composition, we have deliberately not changed anything. There are no plans to return to the "old" Délice. Unfortunately, I don't think the product is nearly as fine as the original Delice with whole raspberries. The new production line has probably resulted in cost savings, increased efficiency and a longer shelf life. Unfortunately, it is in no way comparable to the original, which our long-standing customers have come to love and cherish and associate with many memories. It's a shame that another classic Migros product has disappeared. :-( If I had the responsibility, I would do everything in my power to restore the old production line so that whole raspberries are back in it as soon as possible, because that is what made the product stand out from others. Incidentally, the whole blueberry variant could then also be offered again and so many customers who are now dissatisfied would be grateful and happy, which should also be close to Migros' heart, shouldn't it?
Maybe someone can ask Emmi... Emmi manufactures the product and not Migros

I can't believe that nothing has been changed in the rest of the composition. It's much thicker, similar to a Greek yogurt. It's also much sweeter, a yogurt like many others. Because it used to be uniquely fine, consumers were willing to put up with the higher price and smaller portion size. I doubt whether this will continue to be the case. Délice has now simply become 08-15 and replaceable.

Now I would be interested to know why you claim that you have not changed anything in the recipe except pasteurizing the raspberries. Do you think all your customers on this forum are incapable of detecting changes in taste and consistency? Are we all ga-ga here?

I would be interested to know why it should be impossible for one of the world's best food experts to produce the old recipe on a different production line. Even complicated 3-star menus can be recreated in well-equipped kitchens all over the world. That sounds like a lot of excuses to me... The consistently miserable rating of the new product should actually give you pause for thought if you still take your own philosophy seriously at all

Dear M-Infoline It is tragic that it is no longer possible to fill and seal a cup with two or three ingredients in a certain order (apparently this was not a problem for decades with the less modern systems) with today's ultra-modern and certainly computer-controlled systems. I'm sorry, but I think this is a very lame excuse. It is probably more realistic to assume that the very limited shelf life of the old recipe led to many problems and spoiled products due to fermentation and therefore to losses. A resourceful food technologist then looked across the border in nearby countries and discovered a wide variety of yogurts with fruit mass at the bottom and copied them one-to-one. Luckily, Migros has some very attentive competitors these days who will be happy to copy such a well-established and relatively simple product and add it to their own range. I wonder how long that will take.
Well, if the product was so great, why did Coop discontinue it completely?
Délice and Frutessa were great, but in addition to the more complex handling with whole berries as a unique selling point, they were also responsible for the shorter shelf life. It might therefore have been necessary to produce smaller quantities and communicate them better.

I don't think it will come back. They don't need to respond to the customer. The blackberry version has also secretly disappeared and the raspberry version has now been produced as cheaply as possible, in the hope that customers are stupid enough not to notice

funny, if only the raspberries were changed, why is the yogurt now so thick and almost sandy, chemical in taste. Sorry, but that's just not right
Hello Nefis, there has been an adjustment to the recipe for this product. The raspberries in the product are now briefly heated beforehand. Heating makes the raspberries softer and they can no longer hold their shape. However, heating has the advantage that the microbiological quality is improved. We have not made any other adjustments. The values on the tubs (old and new) showed minimal differences for the sour cream yoghurt. Unfortunately, I've since disposed of both tubs, but I'm sure Migros still has the recipes for both and could look it up myself - there really was a difference somewhere 😮

The yogurt recipe is never the same. Even with the first spoonful (still without raspberries) I noticed that something was different. It's nice if the shelf life is longer now, but if nobody likes it now, that's not really an advantage. 🥲
