The DAY-LIGHT honeycomb pleated blinds are especially suitable for PVC windows, as the clamp brackets do not offer the same stability on wooden windows. Wood can expand and contract, which could affect the holding power of the clamp brackets. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the same warranty as for PVC windows.

If only the cord is stretched, we achieve a length of 157 cm. Unfortunately, this is 2 cm short of the length required to install it according to your specifications. Hello, we have now ordered and received the recommended micasa universal brackets. These do not hold either, the brackets are too deep and slip off when screwed on. It doesn't work with them either. Can I please send everything back to you, I can't do that, thank you very much.

Thank you for your reply. We were able to successfully return the brackets to Migros Dreispitz. The two pleated blinds were not taken back because the date of purchase was more than 30 days ago.
