DARWIN Ecksofa

The sofa is extremely saggy after a short time. I would not buy it again and would not recommend it to others.

I would prefer not to give it a star. Absolutely poor quality, save your money! I've had the sofa for a few months and it's absolutely worn out. My old sofa lasted years and was cheaper. Absolute garbage

Poor service and quality I received this sofa 2 weeks ago. The delivery service was great. When I sat down for the first time, it already had a sunken hollow on the L-shape. I reported this to customer service. An external company was called out, which went like this: he came, said it was normal for soft upholstery and was intended for this model as the upholstery had chamber systems. He took a photo and left. Now my veto: how can you say it's normal??? It is clear that a sofa with soft upholstery will give way at some point, otherwise you wouldn't buy a "soft sofa", but I see the flaw that this upholstery was not sufficiently filled from the start. I hope that a solution can be found, otherwise it will be the last time I will be a customer at Micasa.

POOR QUALITY!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would do so immediately. My Darwin corner sofa was delivered in mid-June. After just a few days, deep depressions formed which massively impaired the lying comfort. In addition, after just a few days the sofa looks as if it has been in use for 10 years. Absolutely lousy quality, which I'm not used to from Micasa. In the store, the sofa was presented to me as high quality and very robust. Don't touch it at all! Even after complaining to Micasa and a visit from an "independent" upholstery expert, nothing was done. According to Micasa, the sofa could be shaken up again and everything would be fine again. Absolute cheek to sell a sofa of such poor quality for 1000 francs. For me, a clear deception of the customer!

Very comfortable, good quality

Delivery good, color as desired, unfortunately after 1 year already clear signs of wear although we do not use the sofa so often. Cushions slumped, extremely static in winter. We had our old sofa for over 10 years. This one probably not...

Everything delivered perfectly. I am very satisfied.

Delivery (and collection of the old sofa) was punctual and well organized. The sofa is very nice, but the seat cushions seem to "sag" after a short time. Unfortunately, they are fixed and you can't fluff them up. Otherwise a nice comfortable sofa, good value for money.

Very pretty sofa, easy to assemble, very comfortable. The only drawback is the back cushions, the cushions are not necessary, so I cut them up.

I love it!
