More than disappointing !Had bought the sofa 1 year ago in the color beige..4 or 5 times an upholstery company had to come this year The first time right after delivery.Reasons for this (feet were not on the ground, broken in places where not even loaded !Still for info !We hardly used the sofa !After a short time despite less use also no longer nice to look at....The sofa was now thankfully taken back after 1 year of trouble !Suddenly after all this also no longer to buy in other colors ..Hope very much that it will be taken completely out of the assortment to save many people the trouble ..We have never had such a bad and cheaply made sofa of quality as this !Wanted to give 1 star for it if at all !Had to give 2 now so that I can send the rating!

Magnificent sofa, very aesthetic, very comfortable and very easy to assemble as there's just a small piece connecting the two parts. I took it in black and I regret it a little because it gets dirty quite easily, especially with a cat in the house, but on the other hand it's very easy to clean so it's not really a problem. It seems to be very resistant to my cat's claws, which for me is a very positive point.

DO NOT BUY !!! Unfortunately it only looks good but it arrived totally crushed (sat down) on May 5th, which was also immediately complained about by me on May 9th (photo and video) for over a week there was no reaction until I called again I was connected to an annoyed and unfriendly employee who said: yes I write a note, someone will contact me. Another week later I received an email that an upholstery company would contact me to look at the problem, that was on May 23rd and again nothing has happened to date. My complaint is not taken seriously! I am more than disappointed and do not advise anyone to buy a sofa here... the product is excluded from return and to waste almost a month for a 2nd company that has to look at the problem first although it has OFFENSIVELY happened to many buyers like me, is hard to beat in impudence. I was always happy with Micasa but this has rouned my image of this company! Absolutely no recommendation to buy

Aesthetic, spacious and very comfortable... the first month and barely! After that, it collapsed and it was impossible to get it back into shape (the seat covers can't be removed). From then on, a gap formed, making the sofa very uncomfortable and unsightly. I live alone and weigh 50kg! When I have guests, especially the elderly, they can't get up any more, so they end up preferring to sit on the chairs rather than on the sofa. I've had this sofa for a year and a half and I'm planning to change it very quickly, which is a pity, because it's really very pleasant and aesthetic... the first 15-20 days!!! 😕

Hello I had the Darwin sofa delivered to my vacation home on December 20, 22. On December 26, I sat down on the sofa for the first time and I would like to mention that I weigh 54 kg and a seat pit formed. I hoped that this would even out by the next day but unfortunately this was not the case. I photographed the pit problem and went to the Micasa store where I ordered the sofa on January 2, 23. ( 12 days after receipt ) I said that I was not satisfied and that I would like an exchange as there was certainly something wrong with the sofa. The saleswoman put me off and said that the complaints department would contact me. Which is what happened. They told me that a neutral company would inspect the damage on site. I wasn't happy with the suggestion as I knew what the pit looked like and that I would have to travel to the vacation home again, but I had no other choice as this sentence was emailed to me by the complaints department (we therefore cannot agree to a direct replacement/collection as the customer has no decision-making authority regarding the solution in the event of a warranty claim). However, I am sure that this is not yet a warranty case as you can report a defect within the first 14 days, which was the case and which I did. Nevertheless, I went to the vacation home to attend the "neutral expert appointment". He saw the problem immediately but said at the same time that this was the problem with the loose filling of this Darwin sofa. He could cut it open, fill it better and then postitchen to close it. But it would certainly only be a temporary solution as it would be a matter of time before it formed pits again. Hallllllllllooooo what is that ???!!! For these reasons, this was not an option for me as this is a new sofa and I don't want a temporarily repaired and repaired sofa. A Darwin sofa was also bought by a colleague and it is a family of 4 who use the sofa every day and the sofa has no pits. In the other reviews for this sofa I read that there were such pits after a year and a half. I am sure that my sofa has a manufacturing defect even if the "neutral" company says otherwise. (which is certainly justified with the loose filling, but should not be the case in such a short time). So my advice is to consider whether you want to accept these circumstances before buying this sofa.

The sofa is very comfortable and was also very good value for money. It fits perfectly in my apartment. The fixed head rolls also bothered me a little, but after I simply turned the cushions over, they no longer bother me so much and as they have a zipper, I will simply remove the foam section if it still bothers me.

The only thing that bothers me are the rolls that are sewn onto the cushions.

White sofa with stains and insects in the plastic... Really disappointed because the sofa is beautiful!

The sofa is nice but the cushions are of very poor quality. I contacted the after-sales service who sent someone to stuff the cushions with fabric sheets. The result lasted 2 days. The cushions just don't feel right and it's really unsightly. I've been writing to Migros micasa for several months to ask which cushions they recommended I buy instead, and they reply that my message has been forwarded, but I never get a reply. I'd just like them to tell me which quality cushions I can buy to replace the mediocre ones supplied with the sofa: no reply. I therefore strongly advise against buying this sofa.
